B2C Design-Build Firm Marketing
My role as Fractional CMO of a luxury design-build firm centers on building a scalable marketing framework that drives immediate demand and positions the firm for strategic growth. I began by optimizing their direct sales materials and strategy, along with their digital presence—enhancing website usability, configuring analytics with regular reporting, and improving SEO. To support scalability, I implemented foundational systems such as marketing automation, established detailed brand guidelines, and launched multi-channel campaigns. As the engagement has evolved, we’ve expanded into localized paid advertising and established a consistent email marketing cadence to a highly engaged audience—resulting in measurable gains, including increased conversion from lead to opportunity. We now have a strong sense of what content drives engagement and are investing in consistent professional photography to support it. The marketing roadmap continues to grow, now encompassing agency support, new hires, referral programs, and additional creative tools and systems.
